NRG  disco was just a mere passing thought back in April 2018, but became more of a reality in July 2018 just through a conversation with a friend. It was a particular comment "you're preaching to the preacher here, let's do this" a common desire that resonated in us both.

What we strive to accomplish is to make a real difference in peoples lives, to provide participants whom have a disability a place to go of an evening, particularly, with music and dance, we also wanted to provide a safe welcoming outlet to socialise, let their hair down, dance till their heart content and feet are exhausted.

NRG brings all this, it's a nightclub atmosphere without the alcohol, kaleidoscope lighting (safe for people with epilepsy), a variety of good quality music from a live DJ, a time slot that was after dark, and a venue located on the  northside of Canberra. In October 2018 NRG was launched.

We would like to invite you to come along on a Tuesday evening from 7pm - 8pm, the disco is held at Palmerston Community Centre, Palmerston ACT.
